Delivery Days and Times 

Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm

For delivery requests outside these times, please contact the store.

Queen Street Metro Made2Order Delivery Terms and Conditions.

1. Orders can be picked up from the store, or delivery will incur a $15.00 delivery within the Auckland CBD.

2. Orders outside the Metro Queen Street catchment area can be requested, an additional delivery fee will apply, subject to the acceptance of the order by the store.     

3. Please select delivery when placing your order if delivery is required. Please use the comments field in the checkout process for any special delivery instructions.

4. Delivery fees are subject to change from time to time. Where practicable we will notify you of any changes. We recommend you check these delivery terms and conditions periodically as we treat your continued use of this site as acceptance of any changes. 

Order Cancellations and Changes

1, Cancellations and changes to orders can be made up until 3pm the day prior to the fulfilment date.

2, Late changes may be possible, however we cannot guarentee that we will always be able to accomodate these. Please email: [email protected] for assistance.
