Catering Lead Times - Thorndon New World requires a minimum of 48 hours notice of a catering order. We require this lead time to ensure we can procure the freshest ingredients available and to ensure we schedule catering orders through our busy production kitchen.
Delivery Days and Times
Thorndon New World offers a delivery service for catering: Monday - Friday from 8am - 4pm. NB: Please add the 'Delivery Fee' to your cart. Please use the address and comments fields in the checkout process to state the delivery address and any special delivery instructions.
Delivery Terms and Conditions
- We only deliver to addresses in 'Wellington Central' between Ngauranga and Mt Victoria.If you wish to find out if we deliver to your address please do not hesitate to email: [email protected]
- Due to the increase in catering volumes we cannot guarentee that we can deliver at an exact time.We will allocate you a delivery window.We will endeavour to work with you to allocate a delivery window that suits your requirements.
- When paying by charge account, we require a Purchase Order or RC number.
Order Cancellations and Changes
- Cancellations and changes to orders can be made up until 4pm the day prior to the fulfilment date.
